Craig Gunderson

Craig Gunderson

President & CEO

Craig Gunderson is President and CEO of Oxford Networks. He has over 30 years of marketing, sales, and operations management experience in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining Oxford Networks in January of 2003, Craig was employed as Minnesota State Vice President for Frontier/Citizens Communications where he was responsible for all facets of providing telecommunications services to 280,000 access lines in Minnesota and North Dakota.

Craig holds an MBA degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Georgia Southern University. He also holds a BA in Economics from Dickinson College. Craig and his wife Carolyn have 3 daughters and reside in Falmouth.

Richard Clark

Richard Clark

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Richard Clark serves as Oxford Networks’ Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 25 years of corporate financial and executive management experience.

Prior to joining Oxford Networks, Richard spent 15 years as part of senior management for a number of private equity owned enterprises, ranging in size from $35 million to $500 million in annual revenue. These organizations included the automotive original equipment, automotive aftermarket and technology industries. Richard’s responsibilities included both finance and operational areas of management including international operations. He began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland, Maine.

Richard holds a BS in Public Accounting from Husson University in Maine.

Michael Tompkins

Executive Vice President, Operations

Michael Tompkins serves as Oxford Networks’ Executive Vice President of Operations. He has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and operational experience in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining Oxford Networks, Michael served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Revolution Networks, which was acquired by Oxford Networks in 2002. Prior to Revolution Networks he held sales, sales management and agent liaison roles in the telecommunications agent community.

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Michael oversees network operations, data center and IT solutions operations, engineering, customer service, facilities, fleet and safety.

Michael spent 4 years in the Air Force which included duty stations in Germany, Las Vegas, Nevada and Saudi Arabia in support of Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He resides in North Yarmouth, Maine with his wife, Deedee, and their two children.

Matthew Jancovic

Matthew Jancovic

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Matthew Jancovic has worked in the telecommunications and Internet industries for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Oxford Networks, he owned, operated, and successfully sold Waterville Online; an internet service provider he started while in college. Following the sale, he operated as a business consultant concentrating in IT and internet fields. Prior roles at Oxford Networks include Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and Customer Service and Vice President of Marketing.

As Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, he leverages his out-of-the-box thinking to create successful sales and marketing strategy, develop and manage long-term strategic objectives and positively influence process improvement company wide.

Matthew holds a BA from Colby College where he majored in Economics and minored in Classical Civilization. He resides in Yarmouth, Maine, with his son Preston.

Dawna Hannan

Dawna Hannan

Vice President, Human Resources & Regulatory Affairs

Dawna Hannan has been in the telecommunications industry for 35 years. Dawna joined Oxford Networks in August, 1994 when Oxford purchased GTE of Maine properties. Dawna is responsible for all aspects of human resources and regulatory affairs.
In March 1981, Dawna began her career with Contel of Maine in Damariscotta as a repair answer clerk. Subsequently, Dawna held various managerial positions with GTE New Hampshire & GTE New York. Just prior to joining Oxford, she managed GTE New York’s customer service order center in Johnstown, New York.

Dawna is the 2016 TANE Hall of Fame Inductee and she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Telecommunications Association of Maine (TAM), Chair of the State of Maine E-911 Council, Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Androscoggin and serves on Central Maine Medical Center’s (CMMC) Associate’s Board,  Dawna is a Past President of the Telecommunications Association of Maine (TAM), Telephone Association of New England (TANE) and the Bethel Rotary Club.

Dawna attended Franklin Pierce College in Concord, NH majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. Dawna resides in Greene, Maine with her husband, Mark and father-in-law Westford. Dawna has three daughters, two step-sons, one step-daughter and seven grandchildren.

Dave Gibson

Vice President of Business Development

David (Dave) Gibson has worked in the competitive telecommunications (CLEC) sector for 20 years. Dave joined Oxford Networks through its merger with BayRing Communications in 2015. Dave was a founding senior executive at BayRing, when his responsibilities were broad-based with a focus on network planning, sales strategy and execution, wholesale service procurement, customer service, and product development/deployment. Dave successfully managed the integration of BayRing’s two acquisitions. Prior to his role at BayRing, Dave was a Business Analyst at Path Lab, Inc. based in Portsmouth, NH. His responsibilities included third party contract negotiation, billing process management, and overseeing its telecommunications network spanning throughout New England.

As Vice President of Business Development, Dave leverages his wide range of business management and sales experience to enhance and build new strategic relationships and contribute to the corporate strategy of the executive team.

Dave holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire where he majored in Healthcare Business Management and minored in Political Science and Health Promotion. Dave completed a business fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He resides in Barrington, New Hampshire, with his wife Kimberly and daughters Meredith & Lauren.

François Laflamme

François Laflamme

Senior Partner, Novacap

François Laflamme has been involved in the technology sector as entrepreneur, technology innovator and private equity investor. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from École Polytechnique of Montreal and an MBA in Finance from HEC Montreal. Mr. Laflamme also completed the Entrepreneurship Development Program from MIT.

Mr. Laflamme has over 25 years of experience in managing technology companies. He was President and CEO of LiquidxStream Systems, a telecom equipment company in the Novacap portfolio. He was also a Partner at IUGO Ventures, a venture-capital fund specialized in the TMT industry, where he led several investments in technology companies based in Canada and the US. In addition, he was Vice President of IP Telephony at Videotron, where he pioneered the introduction of the local telephony service using next generation VoIP infrastructure. Mr. Laflamme joined Novacap in 2012.

Mr. Laflamme currently sits on the Board of Directors of Fibrenoire. He was also a member of the Board of LiquidxStream Systems, VIXS and Equator.

Ted Mocarski

Ted Mocarski

Chairman of the Board, Oxford Networks | Senior Partner, Novacap

Thadeus Mocarski holds a Bachelors Degree in Economy and History, as well as a Doctor of Law from Colby University.

Mr. Mocarski has over 20 years of experience in investment capital. He served as a General Partner of Nautic Partners, where he was responsible for managing the funds’ investment efforts in the communications infrastructure and services (CIS) sectors. He was also co-founder and General Partner of Key Venture Partners. The majority of his investments were in tune with Novacap’s investment strategy. He was a consultant for Novacap in 2012 while a General Partner at Bank Street Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on growth equity, which he managed and co-founded in 2010. Having settled on a 3 investment partnership with Novacap, Mr. Mocarski became a partner in 2013.

Mr. Mocarski is currently Chairman of the Board of Host.net and serves on the Boards of Fibrenoire and GNAX. He is also a member of the Board of Overseers of Colby College and on the Investment Committee for the City of Providence Retirement System. Mr. Mocarski was a member of the Board of iWeb.

Mr. Mocarski was also a member of the Board of iWeb, Exodus Communications, InterXion, Integra Telecom, Dobson Communications, MJD Communications, OpSource, and Optasite.

Stéphane Tremblay

Senior Partner, Novacap

Stéphane Tremblay’s experience in the Canadian TMT industry spans more than two decades.

Mr. Tremblay joined Novacap in 2006, leaving his position as investor and CEO of Memotec Inc., a data communication equipment manufacturer, which he bought, restructured and then sold to Comtech/EF Data. Mr. Tremblay’s prior experience includes working at Future Electronics, a leading electronic component distribution company. From 1989 to 1993, he held a Regional Sales Manager position at Allan Crawford, a data communication equipment company. Mr. Tremblay is a founding team member of Microcell, where he was responsible for building the first GSM network in Canada. In 2000, Mr. Tremblay became President and CEO of Espion/ESP Media, the first MVNO in North America. From 2001 to 2003, he was President and CEO of Kontron Canada, a division of Kontron A.G. Mr. Tremblay holds a BSEE from Université de Trois-Rivières, which he earned in 1985.

Mr. Tremblay is curently a member of the Board of Directors of Technomedia, Host.Net, Fibrenoire and SynergX. Previously, Mr. Tremblay was on the Boards of iWeb, Kontron and Memotec.
