Craig Gunderson is President and CEO at Oxford Networks. He has over 27 years of marketing, sales, and operations management experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining Oxford Networks in January of 2003, Gunderson was employed as Minnesota State Vice President for Frontier/Citizens Communications where he was responsible for all facets of providing telecommunications services to 280,000 access lines in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Craig holds a MBA Degree with concentrations in Finance & Marketing from Georgia Southern University. He also holds a BA Degree in Economics from Dickinson College. Craig and his wife Carolyn have 3 daughters and reside in Falmouth.

Mike Harder has over 40 years of corporate financial, and executive management experience.
Prior to joining Oxford Networks, Mike was with Jordan’s Meats in Portland Maine for 10 years with his last responsibility being CEO. For 20 years prior to joining Jordan’s, Mike worked for the Colgate Palmolive Company, completing assignments in the USA, Asia and Africa.
Harder holds an MBA Degree in International Finance and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University in New York. He resides in Yarmouth with his wife Jane, and is the father of three sons.

Ronald Shink is Chief Technology Officer at Oxford Networks and has over 35 years of business & technology experience in IT Operations, IT Consulting and selling Data Center IT Solutions.
Prior to joining Oxford Networks Ron served as President and CEO of Norton Lamb & Company where he was instrumental in transforming the business into an IBM Premier Business Partner status.
Before joining Norton Lamb & Company Ron held a variety of Information Technology leadership positions for large Corporations such as, Wright Express, Phillips Van Heusen Corporation, Cheesebrough Ponds Inc. and Maine based G.H. Bass & Company. Ron has extensive experience in building, bringing on-line and managing multiple large scale data centers across the Country and down into the Caribbean. Throughout his career Ron has worked to implement effective technology solutions that address complex technology problems and in linking those solutions directly into a business or organizations process.
Ron resides in Yarmouth with his wife Kathy and in his spare time enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking and spending time with his family and 5 grandchildren.

Michael Tompkins has been in the telecommunications industry for over 17 years. He spent 6 years working in the Verizon Authorized Sale Agent Program, where he had responsibilities that included Outside Sales, Sales Management and Agent Liaison with Verizon. During that period he also managed a cross functional sales team focused on selling network services and customer premise equipment to businesses across the northeast.
Michael came to Oxford Networks through the acquisition of Revolution Networks, where he served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for 2 years. He served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Oxford Networks where he was instrumental in the implementation of enhanced sales and marketing practices, which led to double digit annual sales growth during.
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Tompkins is responsible for overseeing network operations, engineering, customer service, managed service operations, facilities and safety.
Michael spent 4 years in the Air Force which included duty stations in Germany, Las Vegas Nevada and Saudi Arabia in support of Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He resides in North Yarmouth, Maine with his wife Deedee, daughter Quinn, and son Cole.

Matthew Jancovic has worked in the telecommunications and Internet industries for over 17 years. Prior to joining Oxford Networks, he owned, operated, and successfully sold Waterville Online; an Internet Service provider he started while in college. Following the sale, he operated as a business consultant concentrating in IT and Internet fields. Prior roles at Oxford Networks included Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and Customer Service and Vice President of Marketing.
As Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, he leverages his out of the box thinking to create successful sales and marketing strategy, develop and manage long term strategic objectives and positively influence process improvement company wide.
Jancovic holds a BA from Colby College where he majored Economics and minored in Classical Civilization. He resides in Gray, ME with his wife Meredith and son Preston.
Dawna Hannan has been in the telecommunications industry for 31 years. Dawna joined Oxford Networks in August, 1994 when Oxford purchased GTE of Maine properties. Dawna is responsible for all aspects of human resources, regulatory affairs & customer satisfaction.
In March 1981, Dawna began her career with Contel of Maine in Damariscotta as a repair answer clerk. Since 1986, Dawna held various managerial positions with GTE New Hampshire & GTE New York. Just prior to joining Oxford, she managed GTE New York’s customer service order center in Johnstown, New York.
Dawna currently is President of the Telephone Association of New England (TANE), a Telephone Association of Maine (TAM) Director and Past President, Chair of the State of Maine E-911 Council, serves on Central Maine Medical Center’s (CMMC) Associate’s Board and Past President of the Bethel Rotary Club.
Dawna attended Franklin Pierce College in Concord, NH majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. Dawna resides in Greene, ME with her husband, Mark, step-daughter Nichole and father-in-law Westford. Dawna has three grown daughters and two grown step-sons and six grandchildren.
