Doug Boyd has been a member of the Oxford Networks Board of Directors since 2002 and currently serves as the Vice Chairman. He is the current chairman of the Shareholder Relations Committee and previously served on the Audit and Board Development and Nominating Committees.
Mr. Boyd is the owner and President of Maine Bucket Company, as well as Bench Systems, LLC. He formerly served as the National Marketing Manager for the Agricultural Division of FMC Corporation.
In addition to his seat on the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors, Mr. Boyd serves or has served on the boards of: Maine Wood Products Association, Central Maine Healthcare Corporation, Central Maine Technical College, Ste. Martin de Porres Homeless Shelter, Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, Member of Auburn Rotary International.
Jim Delameter is the Past Chairman of the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors and has been a member of the board since 1996. He serves on the Audit Committee and Executive Committee and previously served on the Shareholder Relations Committee and Board Development and Nominating Committee
Mr. Delameter is the President and CEO of Northeast Bank.
Mr. Delameter also serves on the Board of Director’s for: Maine Bankers Association, Syris Scientific, Northern New England Mortgage Exchange, Northern New England Insurance Trust and as a member of the Androscoggin Council of Governments Loan Committee.
Craig Gunderson has been a member of the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors since 2011. He currently serves on the Shareholder Relations Committee.
Mr. Gunderson is the President and CEO of Oxford Networks. Prior to joining Oxford Networks in 2003 he served as the Minnesota State Vice President for Frontier/Citizens Communications.
In addition to serving on the Oxford Networks Board of Directors, Mr. Gunderson serves on the Board of Directors for: St. Mary’s Healthcare Systems, Camden National Bank, and the Lewiston Auburn Economic Growth Council.

Mike Harder joined the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors in 2011. He serves on the Shareholder Relations Committee.
Mr. Harder is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer for Oxford Networks. With over 40 years of corporate financial and executive experience, Mr. Harder previously served as the CEO of Jordan’s Meats in Portland Maine and with Colgate Palmolive Company completing assignments in the USA, Asia, and Africa.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors’ for Oxford Networks, Mr. Harder serves on the Board of Directors for Pineland Farms.

Richard Huntley has been a member of the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors since 1976. He currently serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee and on the Audit Committee.
Mr. Huntley is a past owner and President of Clifford of Vermont and current owner and Chairman of the Board of VT Hidden Spring Water Company.
Mr. Huntley serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Gifford Memorial Hospital; as Member and Chair of the Audit and Salary Committee for the Board of Directors for Randolph National Bank; and as a National Director for the Vermont Jaycees (National Award Recipient).

Richard Schotte joined the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors in 2009. He served as the Chair of the Audit Committee and on the Shareholder Relations Committee and is now a Board Observer.
Mr. Schotte is President of Maine Capital Strategies Corporation. For 20 years he served as a bond portfolio manager in both the pension and mutual fund operations for Capital Research and Management in Los Angeles, California. Prior to that he worked for 10 years with Mass Mutual Life in Springfield, MA as a Senior Officer with the company. He also worked with Manufacturers Hanover Trust in New York, International Division, Middle East and Southern Europe department.
Mr. Schotte also serves on the Board of Directors for The Community Schools at Opportunity Farm and Camden.

Paul Violette has served on the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors since 1996. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board, a position he also held from 2003-2006. He has also served as Chair of the Audit Committee and on the Compensation Committee.
Mr. Violette is the retired President, CEO and Director of MCT Telecom in New Hampshire. He is also a 35 year veteran of the Warner Fire Department, including 12 years Chief of the Department.
In addition to serving on the Oxford Networks’ Board of Directors, Mr. Violette also serves on the Board of Directors of the Sunapee Mutual Fire Insurance Company, as a member of the Advisory Board for First Colebrook Bank, and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Telephone Association of New England, including Past President.
Mr. Violette has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for: Rural Telephone Finance Cooperative, United States Telephone Association, New Hampshire Telephone Association, including Past President.
Mr. Violette is a member of the Telephone Association of New England Hall of Fame.
